1. Servicemedarbejder søges til NORMA’s danske afdeling i Hørsholm

NORMA A/S er dedikeret til klinisk forskning, og har opbygget kompetencer og erfaring inden for klinisk operationer i løbet af de seneste 20 år. Vi er 75 medarbejdere fordelt på kontorer i Danmark, Finland, Norge og Sverige. Dit daglige arbejdssted vil være Hørsholm.

Personprofil:
Du er måske på efterløn eller pensionist, som ønsker en fortsat tilknytning til arbejdsmarkedet. Du kan også være en skolepige/-dreng, som ønsker et deltids job i din fritid.

Stillingen:
Vi mangler en person til at hjælpe med de praktiske opgaver så som at fylde og tømme opvaskemaskinen, ordne indkøb og sætte dem på plads, frankere posten og holde køleskabet rent og ryddeligt. En gang om ugen forventes det, at du afkalker kaffemaskine og el-koger, opdaterer diverse lister samt andre ad hoc opgaver, der måtte dukke op.

Vi forventer ca. 1½ times arbejde 3-4 dage pr. uge. Løn efter kvalifikationer på timebasis, som afregnes månedsvis bagud.

2. Clinical Research Associates / Senior Clinical Research Associates

NORMA A/​S is searching for competent and engaged new colleagues on an ongoing basis, and at present we have an immediate need for CRAs/​SrCRAs assignments in Stockholm and Helsinki.

Candidate profile:

•    A degree in life sciences (e.​g.​ pharmacy, nursing, biology)

•    Experience min.​ 3 years as CRA and 3 years as SrCRA and preferable CRO experience

•    Systematic and quality-conscious with appreciation for details

•    Mature and open-minded

•    Team player

•    Good interpersonal skills and highly flexible

•    Independent and focused on results

•    Proactive and providing solutions

•    Willingness to travel

•    Fluent in English (both oral and written), for Finnish applicants good knowledge of Swedish is required
